The Google +1 Button Has No Direct Effect On Rankings“說到~ Google’s +1s do not have a direct effect on a site’s ranking in search results.

Power Searching With Google” hangout on Google+ 的影片，其中有一段關於這個問題的解釋。

Matt Cutts

“In the short term, we’re still going to have to study and see how good the signal is, so right now, there’s not really a direct effect where if you have a lot of +1s, you’ll rank higher. But there are things like, we have an authorship proposal, where you can use nice standards to markup your webpage, and you’ll actually see a picture of the author right there, and it turns out that if you see a picture of the author, sometimes you’ll have higher click through, and people will say, ‘oh, that looks like a trusted resource.’ So there are ways that you can participate and sort of get ready for the longer term trend of getting to know not just that something was said, but who said it and how reputable they were.”

“I think if you look further out in the future and look at something that we call social signals or authorship or whatever you want to call it, in ten years, I think knowing that a really reputable guy – if Dan has written an article, whether it’s a comment on a forum or on a blog – I would still want to see that. So that’s the long-term trend.”

“It’s just the case that that picture is just more likely to attract attention. It’s just a little more likely to get the clicks, and you now, it’s almost like an indicator of trust.”

“The idea is you want to have something that everybody can participate in and just make these sort of links, and then over time, as we start to learn more about who the high quality authors are, you could imagine that starting to affect rankings.”

(SERP)? first appeared on SEO研究院.

—————————————–

How Optimizing My Ugly Google+ Pic Increased Free Traffic 35%“又提到，作者使用了不同的照片，並且發現把比較醜的照片更改為看起來比較專業的照片，竟然可以增加點選率達35%。

The post Google+使用不同的頭像，可以增加搜尋點選率? first appeared on SEO研究院.

http://plus.google.com/u/0/101560853443212199687/

The post Google+推出Vanity Url給特定使用者 first appeared on SEO研究院.

The post Facebook與Google誰比較會追蹤使用者? first appeared on SEO研究院.

The post Facebook與Google誰比較會追蹤使用者? first appeared on SEO研究院.

The post comScore : Google+用戶每月僅用3分鐘，真的嗎? first appeared on SEO研究院.

Google+ Users Spent Just 3.3 Minutes There Last Month“也有類似的說法~”Users spent just 3.3 minutes on Google+ in January compared to 7.5 hours for Facebook, according to a new comScore report.”

What The Wall Street Journal Didn’t Tell You About Google Plus“，就說到WSJ與Mashable都刻意的把Google+說得非常糟糕 …

Google+的使用者每月平均使用時間是5分鐘，並非3分鐘，並且comScore的說法並非說Google+如鬼城，而是說~Clearly Google’s big social play is already making its presence felt among the larger players …

「Google+

「Google+

The post comScore : Google+用戶每月僅用3分鐘，真的嗎? first appeared on SEO研究院.

How Google+ Could Threaten Google’s Core Search Business“，作者也認為，如果朋友不是某個領域的專家，為什麼要讓他的推薦來影響我的搜尋結果呢?

Without question, social is an important part of how online users will consume and spread quality content. But it has to be integrated in a manner that doesn’t degrade core search functionality, or worse, sully searcher trust in what is still the most utilized search engine in the world.

The post SEO加上Social之後，到底是好事還是壞事? first appeared on SEO研究院.

Google+ Is Way Bigger Than We Thought: It’s Totally Going To Change How The Web Works“就說到，Google+已經不像我們所想像的了，它已經大大的改變了網路的運作方式。

Real-Life Examples Of How Google’s “Search Plus” Pushes Google+ Over Relevancy“還說到，就算登出之後，還是會看到Google+上的推薦資料 (如下圖):

The post SEO與Google Plus比較，是否搜尋行銷已經不再有效? first appeared on SEO研究院.

How Google+ Uses SEO to Steal Search from Facebook and Twitter“舉出了許多證明Google的搜尋資料中，Google+社交網路中的資料會特別排名在較優的位置。

The post Google+的資料是否被Google搜尋偏好? first appeared on SEO研究院.

The post Google Realtime Search(即時搜尋)已經消失? first appeared on SEO研究院.

It’s strange to see that Google had to disable a service to add support for a new site.

The post Google Realtime Search(即時搜尋)已經消失? first appeared on SEO研究院.

Over 2/3 of Google+ users are ready to say goodbye to Facebook“，Facebook確實應該害怕了。

Google+?

Google+?

Google+?
